Breakfast this morning was Fruit & Nut Oatmeal. I'm thinking (probably incorrect here.....) the protein of the pecans and almonds and half & half will help counteract the carbs in the oatmeal and dried fruit....

Ah, yes, lovin' the livin' in my fantasy world !!! LOL

Great looking 'walking' meal, Imelda.....something you could grab as you were walking out the door to go someplace when time is tight.

Nice.

I had chocolate dipped chocolate chip cookie dunkers (purchased from Trader Joe's) to dip in my cup of coffee this morning.....I'm WAY WORSE than you!

LOL

But you have me thinking I should make an apple strusel coffee cake one of these days real soon. Your pear cake looks so good.

I ate 1 and had more of my nutter butter, D ate 4 muffins and he liked them

I added some potato flakes to make them more filling

Imelda, you come up with the most creative and interesting muffins I've ever seen.
