Yesterday, there was this huge water main break at UCLA. A hell of a mess. KABC new was broadcasting the mess when they said they had a man from the DWP on the telephone to talk. They got seriously punked. If you want to see the segment, here it is:

yes….fake name and the report of the damage being caused by a cherry bomb flushed down a toilet….

I guess anyone can be a "newscaster" these days. Use to be they had to check out their sources a bit better than that.
