Ice cream toppings

You all know I get a lot of products to test. I recently received some Smucker's ice cream toppings. There were 4 new flavors and I have to say my family really enjoyed them. They gave me a bunch of recipes, which I posted. Our family favorite was the chocolate coconut topping. It sounded terrible so we tried it first to get it 'out of the way'. It turned out to be a favorite. I could take a spoon and eat it right from the jar. I didn't, however, since it isn't on my diet.

Andrea just found some snacking chocolate at Costco that is pretty tasty….It's called barkTHINS snacking chocolate. The flavor is Dark Chocolate Toasted Coconut with Almonds. Since it's thin chocolate bark made from dark chocolate, a small piece is enough to satisfy that chocolate craving that hits every once in a while.
