Thank you, Jimmy & Imelda....we had a lovely dinner. When we go out I try not to 'embarass' my friends by sneaking in my camera. But it was very tasty ~ a stuffed chicken breast with steamed spinach and a wonderful yellow tomato/roasted red beet/basalmic salad. I could have made a meal of two of the salads....SO yummy!
