I just read where you can use one of those rocking pizza cutters for chopping up herbs and such. Sort of like a huge mezzaluna. I will have to give it a try sometime.

There's a tri-blade contraption that looks like a pizza cutter X 3 they sell to chop herbs. Personally, I'll stick with a good sharp knife....

The last 'gadget' I bought that I really like was that julienne slicer you taught me about. Man, I love that thing!

I just bought and received two new Wusthof metal spatulas. I already had one and love it but Cassie said we needed more for when it is in the dishwasher so I got some plastic or nylon or whatever they are at Target. I put up with them for several months then got some OXO spatulas at BB&Beyond. I used them for a week and now those are put away with the other ones from Target. I would throw them all out if it was just me.
