Sounds good. We don't often, if ever, see ground lamb or any lamb in the stores here. The last time I checked cardamom it was not cheap.

I very rarely even look at the lamb . When on a good sale I may buy some. Funny this week lamb shoulder chops are on sale at Publix.I am planning on getting some.Then Sara Moulton just this morning had a new post on FB about them lol.I thought well if that is not the best timing.
I think I might have the butcher gd some for me.Just for this recipe.

Lamb .. I love it..
