That's what I did the last time. I made the mistake of overfilling with the cream cheese.

Just takes a little bit.

you didn't use wontons?

that looks like phylo....

have you ever made those little spanakopita bites - here's the recipe:

Spanakopita Triangles
(from weightwatchers.com – 3 PointsPlus value)

1 – 10 oz. pkg. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1/3 c. reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
3 scallions, chopped
1 large egg white
1 ½ Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped (3/4 tsp. dry)
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
8 sheets phyllo dough – 12 X 17 inch at room temperature
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Mix all ingredients except phyllo & olive oil until well combined.

Lay out one sheet of phyllo lengthwise on counter and brush with oil. Cut through center so you end up with 2 long strips. Place 1/8 of filling on each strip and fold into triangle as if a flag. Repeat with all 8.

Place triangles on a PAM sprayed baking sheet and place in a preheated 375° oven for 25 – 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.

I made those for my cousin when she first went on WW. They were fun to make and you could freeze 'em and reheat. I just like the part where you fold 'em up like an American flag into triangles.

I prefer using phyllo for bake wontons, they are crunchier, I might make some more.. I made them before, using regular wonton wrappers, they turned out hard, not crunchy or maybe I got the wrong brand  Question
