By the way, how did you get your crust to be so round and smooth around the edges? Mine always is raggedy.

When I roll out my crusts I am happy if they don't turn out looking like a map of Texas.

About 10 years ago, I bought one of those zippered pie crust shapers -- you put the dough in it, zip it and roll it out.  It has size markers on the plastic so you can see the diameter of the circle you're making.  I think the biggest is 14 inches.  It's great, as even though I have a huge wooden board for rolling things out, this shaper keeps the dough from sticking and it's easy as pie (pun intended) to flip it and roll it on the other side.   Plus, it's easier to make a circle, I find.  You bake-all-the-time people might not need it but it's perfect for yours truly.

I have one of those but I haven't tried it yet. Next time (if I can find it) I will give it a try.
