anyone affected by the cyber attacks?

I do not shop at Target so I am safe with that one.Seems there is 5 more stores now affected.

I do not have CCs.so safe there.

I do use a debit visa card.That does concern me.

I am going to bank on Monday & get new card.

I am taking most of my money out of checking & opening a CD & saving.


I will use cash & write checks from now on.

I've had money cyber-stolen from me before - $1,500 from my checking account.

My bank asked me not to contact the police and had the money back in my account within 24 hours. No bank wants it known so they take care of it internally.

I don't know how it all works with that Target / credit card scam thing, heard it was some pretty smart bad guys ~ so, if you'd feel better doing that, then I say, do it.

I have a Target Visa Card. Target is about 4 miles from my house. I am always there. I use my card because I can get 5% off anything I buy there, when I charge.

I was there charging in December.
I do not use my debit card there.

I checked and my card has not been hacked. I ordered a new card. At this point it time, it seems this can happen to all charges, everywhere. Now, Target will increase it's cyber security and be diligent about their customers.
Because of this, Now, it is probably the safest charge around..
Who knows how many more stores these **(()! have hacked into!!!
