Does Anyone Have a Vitamix?

If you have a Vitamix, what do you use it for? Do you have any special recipes?

not here ~ no expensive small appliances.

Not here either.I have a cheapo cuisinart blender for my smoothies..Crush ice that is it for me lol.

Lisa, I wrote a really long post about how I love it and what I use it for. Somehow it didn't post. I'm not writing it again. If you want to talk, give me a call. All I'll say is it's the best money I spent in a long time.

No Beth, it's been a month of pain for me. Kidneys both have stones. They're talking about taking my right kidney but I'm fighting that. To top everything off, I came down with shingles which is very painful. Then my right eye started swelling up for no reason. Jeez, I hate to complain but COME ON! I have 2 operations scheduled for January. Wish it was all over!

Oh, Lisa. That's awful. The shingles sounds painful. I just go the vaccine last week because I was so nervous about getting it. And....I don't do shots! I hope yours clears up quickly.
