Hope you're feeling better today, Barb.

I started my new exercise routine this morning -- 30 minutes on the recumbent bike (6.6 miles today) and then one mile on the treadmill. I'll be the one curled up on the sofa later on today!

I don't have any energy at all.back is acting up, no cleaning today for me.Puppers don't care if I don't mop the kitchen floor or vacuum up their hair wall to wall.Very Happy They also move any dried food from the bowl & it is wall to wall on the kitchen floor. If I leave it ,Molly will clean it up later .. Funny how they eat. Molly eats fast & pushes the bowl all over getting the last bit.Maggie used to take one bite ,take to the DR ,drop it ,then eat it,back & forth she goes.TILL she gets food I make for them with turkey stock & the dark meat mixed with rice & veggies. man she stands over the bowl & growls while she eats .lol.

I doubled up on my naproxen so maybe I can walk to the mail box today. No baking or much standing at the stove today for me..

Do you ever read anything by Maeve Binchy, Barb?  She's a great storyteller -- well, she was, as she died within the past year.  A couple of months ago, I got her last book, "Whitethorn Woods," which was very good.  Give one of hers a try next time you can.
