If it was shaped to fit into the square corners I might consider. Right now I usually have to fabricate a parchment paper liner.

I don't use PAM because when I do my stuff seems to stick. Parchment assures me I can get my brownies or cakes or meatloaf out in one piece without a chunk being left in my baking pan.

When baking, instead of Pam I use Baker's Joy and rarely have a brownie or bar cookie not come out perfectly. I bought a package of pre-cut parchment sheets from King Arthurs site and I love them, they are the size of a cookie sheet or 1/4 sheet pan. No more uneven tears off the roll!!! My mom uses Silpats but they've never really appealed to me.

I have a silpat rolling mat that I really like - especially since my kitchen here in the villa has grouted tile countertops. I use it to roll out pie crusts and biscuits.

Next week I'm going to use it as a counter-covering when I knead my bread.
