Breakfast May 9..

I threw together a bunch of odds & ends of leftover vegetables to warm and then used them as a filler in an omelette.

And I didn't have the toast I considered, but I've had too much coffee this morning. Hopefully there will be no need for me to leave the house for any length of time! lol
