I'm assuming you have plums cooked down with sugar, maybe some spices to a thin or jam consistency......

You could use it as a filling between a couple sugar or oatmeal cookies....cookie sandwiches.

You could spoon some over a slice of angel food cake.

You could fold some into whipped cream (or cheat and use Cool Whip) and top fresh peaches.

How about adding some to a BBQ sauce for chicken or pork on the grill?

That's all I got right off the top of my head......

Ohhhh, I like that spicy plum sauce.

I can imagine pairing it with meats and grilling for a sweet/spicy kick.

thank you Beth and Norm... I added 1 tsp of my chili sauce and it becomes very spicy Plum Sauce 1450907917  .. so I think it's good on pairing it with meat, or for dipping..

I think Korean foods use a lot of plum sauce, Korean stores sell various brands of it in their stores [

Yes...dipping.

If you cooked some chicken chunks you could dip them in a spicy plum sauce...and have RICE on the side!
