I went to the farmers market and got some Georgia peaches and a bunch of blueberries And I'm making a crostata out of each. I may drop a few blueberries on top of the peach one for color....kind of a pie with the crust pulled over.
I do them in a pie pan instead of free- form on a sheet pan. Makes them nice and neat, especially when you cheat and use store bought pie crusts. I always finish with some nice course sugar for the crunch and shine.
