I have converted several "I hate rabbit" people to "This is really good" in the years that we were on the farm and Dieter raised rabbits. My one daugther-in-law loves it, the other one not so much.

A Sandwich for supper. Ham, cheese, and salami, on a hard roll. I ate only a half.
Tina had liverwurst on white with mustard.

Tomorrow will be a huge celebration day. The kids will be over, and they will take the baby Liam trick or treating just in the close neighborhood. Tina is making breaded thin sliced breast cutlets.
Then we sing happy birthday for Liam who will be one year old.
What a great day to be born on!

Company coming for dinner tonight, so I have a small pork roast in the oven. I had a jar of a pineapple/habanero pepper glaze and put that on top. Oven roasted potatoes are ready to go in the oven in a couple of hours. Cauliflower and green beans are ready to get steamed too.

Supper turned out great. Tina breaded the chicken slices, and I fried
them up. Mashed potatoes were good. Canada Potatoes were really tasty. It's hard to find potatoes that have that rich potato taste. Tina gets them from stores that package Canadian potatoes; which are superb in taste!

Thank you Cindy, and yes, that's Granddaughter
We actually gave him his own piece of ice cream and cake, and he squirmed once his fingers and hand got all messy and sticky.
He does not like sticky. Here he is in his Lion costume for trick or treat.

I didn't take any pics. I will see what Maria ( DD ) has in her files.
I'm sure she took pics. If there are any, I'll post them.
