I forget what that is called, a sort of a gamey taste that I am very sensitive to. It was very moist. As usual, Joe's stomach started grumbling 2 hours before the turkey was due to come out of the oven. He comes back an hour later and tells me the turkey is done. I check and the thermometer says differently. He insists that it is time to pull the bird out. I say "ok" but he is wrong. We pull it out and start cutting into it. He wouldn't even let it rest. Well, the juices were a tad pink, so we pulled out the stuffing and put it in a pan, cut the turkey breast off and threw it back in the oven. 30 mins later we could eat it. He can be such a PITA in the kitchen. Telling me how to cook. When I step back and say "you take over" he says no, no but he still wants things done his way. He thinks he is so smucking fart sometimes.
