All it took was NOT eating white flour aka BREAD products pasta..and rice, white potato. And just cutting my whole day carb count to under 50...My BG ### have dropped back to low normal.

The part I do not like is I have had 3 low BG episodes.. No Hate  them..

Guess Having my healthy meals and getting my Diabetes on the right track and no worrying about all the side effects of it makes me feel better..

Plus I know I have also lost 10lbs  lol..

Good news.

Bad news.

Ain't that always the way???

So, now is the time to start to add back some of the carbs you dropped off your radar? What's the number one thing you're thinking of?

Nothing comes to mind. I have not missed one single thing... Well maybe  my light as a feather buttermilk biscuits lol.

I guess it is because I have myself prepared for my meals..No hot dogs or package process meats ..Only bacon ha and sausage..

Yes, bacon is essential! I cannot imagine having to drop it from my entire meal plan, although I don't make/eat it as much as I use to. I still like to have my frozen 'single slice' stuff in the freezer. It's perfect when I want the taste without overdoing it.......like when I made the Brussel sprouts last week. One slice cut tiny was enough to flavor the whole dish.
