This sounds really good.  I do not watch this show,can not stand that big mouth Carla Hall or that Oz chick.


DS sent this link to this recipe..I have looked it over and I see lots of recipes I like from MS and MB...

It's got lots of stuff in it that I like! I prefer, however, to brown my kielbasa (or smoked sausage if subbing that) to remove a lot of the fat. Otherwise I end up with an oil slick on top of my stew.

I like a lot of Michael Symon's recipes.
