Here we are, moving right along in the year! How does the time move so fast?

I know Jimmy's still hungry from last night. I suggest he get busy and make some spicy meatballs for his supper tonight.

someone knocked on my door at 9pm...Heck I do not open my door during the day much less at night. (bad neighborhood) Then I see the brown truck..

Full for now!.... Had Chinese take out.
pork fry rice / shrimp and vegetable / steam dumpling / shrimp egg rolls.....

Ooops!..... it was so good, I slipped into the recliner, and napped.....and I just woke up not knowing even who I was.....LOL

Don't have a clue. I have used it once.It is very heavy for me, I had to use both hands to lift it..It is ribbed..

Thanks! Not the kind I am looking for. I want a flat bottom. I did see one on Amazon that will work but it is cast iron and prolly will rust if not kept oiled. The stainless presses are too expensive.

I have a press from Williams Sonoma but it is rectangle. I need a square one. Lodge makes one but it is cast iron. I may have no other choices. I haven't done a thorough search yet. Barb's sounds good.

I have a cast rectangle one big enough for a bacon press, and it has a imprint of a pig on the bottom????what for, I don't know.
I very rarely use it, except for MY griddled cheese sandwiches. I like them pressed.
That way, the center gets crisped up; because it crushes the crust edges.

I don't like MY bacon flat and crisp.....I like it curly and chewy, and NOT like doggie bacon. LOL

I decided a burger done in a cast iron skillet would do tonight.....the rain comes in bits now and then. I didn't want to have to try to dodge the raindrops.
