I cooked some Chinese style BBQ pork aka Char Siu, I don;t like the ones they sell in the restaurant, so dry and tough, I used boneless country style rib and marinate with Hoisin sauce, five spice powder, honey, garlic powder, chinese wine, salt and black pepper, I added some fermented red rice for the color, let them sit in my fridge overnight, then covered with foil and baked them until the meats were tender, uncovered, took them out and placed them on a wire rack on a pan, broiled them to get the char, or grill them on the fire

I didn't do a very good job of putting stuff together so it looked pretty but it sure was tasty.  You can't see from my pic but I had sauted onions & red peppers, grilled seasoned steak, tomatoes, lettuce, avacado & sour cream.  Gosh, but it was good.  I've been hungry for it ever since I saw Barb's pic.

Thanks, Barb!

Looks great.. cheers

Ohhhh, Barb! GREAT IDEA for a hot weather breakfast for a crowd. I always try to think of ways to cook outside but that's a fabulous outdoor kitchen.

Pure Comfort. That's what I'm calling tonight's supper. I had beans in the drawer and I knew I had plans to fry some with corn but I had too many for just that side dish. So, one-pot-wonder meal came to mind. I lightly caramelized a whole onion and then added quartered yukon gold potatoes, topped that with cut/cleaned green beans and then scattered pieces of ham on top. I added just enough chicken stock to be able to braise the potatoes and then let it simmer away for about 35 minutes. Everything was done and was SO tasty.

Easy Peasy!

Unplug the power cord....then take out the battery. Then hold the power button down for 20 seconds.
Release your finger off the button. Re-install the battery...then plug in the power cord...then push the start button to turn it on as you normally do. See if it boots up.

slid in the back end on the bottom adjacent to the battery, are one on each side, a slide like a switch that you slide to unclip the battery. The battery will loosen and you just slide it out. When sliding it back, it will lock automatically, and you will hear the clicks of the slide locks.
